When will my order arrive?


All of the items on our site are always in stock, depending on the item delivery timings may vary. All
products have delivery information on the product page, however we will try to deliver all items
even faster than the time approximated.
This depends on which item it is, whether or not we have it in stock and where you live. Each
product on our website has approximate lead times displayed next to its photo - we aim to deliver
most beds and mattresses the next day.

Will I receive delivery confirmation?
Yes, once you have placed an order, our team will be in contact with you via email or telephone
regarding the dispatch date and further information.

What is your returns policy?
All of our items are checked before being dispatched so we believe you will not receive a faulty or
damaged good, if you are unhappy with an item, you will have to return the item back to us within 7
working days and a refund will be given, there will be a 10% handling charge.
What if I receive my item and parts are missing?
Before we deliver any product we always check the product to make sure the item is in perfect
condition and all parts are included. However in a very unlikely case if a part is missing you can
contact us on our telephone number or e-mail address and we will make sure you receive any
missing part as soon as possible.
Any parts which are found to be missing can be easily resolved via our support centre and
must be reported within 3 working days of delivery.  All you will need to do is provide the
correct information and missing part number/letter as stated on the assembly sheet. We will
